Milling and grinding

Milling is method used for cleaning, profiling, leveling or removing layers of a flooring. The result is a clean, strong and grooved ground, characterized by improved adhesion of subsequent layers.

Most frequently used technique is the cross milling, which gives the possibility to eliminate the maximum part of flooring.

We provide all kinds of services in the field milling, shot peening and polishing surfaces such as:

  • concrete and reinforced concrete milling
  • flooring milling
  • concrete and reinforced concrete grinding

We use milling machines of different types and power, with a working width from 200 to 500 mm. Depending on the condition the ground and the required target structure of a flooring suitable milling tools are selected.

Milling is used most often in case of:

  • damaged, irregular, greasy surfaces
  • removing layers of concrete or resin floors, residues of adhesives, coatings, fillers, cement grout, etc.
  • reducing differences of the profiling levels (grooving) of smooth surfaces

Our milling machines, as well as all the other machines, operate with industrial vacuum cleaners, which allow us to reduce the dust pollution to a minimum.

Daily performance depends on the scope of the work, in particular, on the depth of milling.

Shot peening

The shot peening is a dry method of surface treatment. Our services include:

  • concrete shot peening
  • reinforced concrete shot peening
  • asphalt shot peening
  • flooring shot peening
  • stone shot peening

The shot peening applies in particular for cleaning the surfaces from concrete, asphalt, stone of the cement grout, rust, thin paint coating, horizontal marks (e. g. in halls, warehouses, parking lots, streets, bridges, steel tanks, airports, etc.).

It gives an appropriate profile to smooth and slippery surfaces (e. g. tiles, terracotta, concrete, asphalt).
